- Where are your products made?
- Kwerks are handmade in San Francisco, California by Alyssa Erickson, with locally purchased high-quality fabrics. The embroidery is manufactured by Aviva Design in Concord, Ca. The stuffing is offcut PolarGuard™ that is moisture and rot resistant, non-allergenic, and easily laundered.
- Can I request fabric swatches?
- Yes. Email Kwerks through the "contact" button.
- Do I pay sales tax if I don't live in California?
- You sure don't. Only goods purchased and shipped in California have to pay sales tax.
- What is your return policy?
- If you have received the goods and are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return the goods to us in exchange for another product or credit note up to the same value as of the original purchase price. We do not refund any postage and handling fees. We will not accept returned goods that have been marked or damaged.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges of the returned goods. It is their responsibility to ensure that the returned goods arrive safely back to us. We highly recommend that the items are properly packaged and insured to the value of the purchase price. The goods must be returned unused and in their original condition together with the invoice.
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives faulty, please contact us within 7 days of the receipt of goods and we will advise you how to proceed. We will happily arrange for a replacement once the items have been returned to us.
As a general policy, we do not provide refunds if you change your mind.
